Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or through your account dashboard within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box along with all documentation, certificates, and warranty cards, ensuring it is packed securely in a secondary shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure your high-value item is protected during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and internal components of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
